HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

Cseh Bakery Ltd. was founded in 1985. Our company was the first to operate in the town of Kecskemét as a private factory after nationalisation. Our main activity is the production of fresh and packed industrial baked goods sold in our own shops and resale network. One of our leading products, namely bread manufactured with Morzsoltkás technology, counts among the most valued gastronomical products in the European Union. Bread prepared completely by hand in a traditonal manner and baked in a built oven is especially popular among the locals.

The company has continually expanded year for year since its formation in 1989. In October 1992 we bought plants in value of 20 million forints and producing equipment in Kecskemét and Lajosmizse during the privatisation of Hírös Baking Industry Plc.With this significant development external customer, supplier, finance institutional and financial contacts grew proportionally, and the demand of internal owner, leader information grew significantly.

The company was formed as a limited company on 31 december 1996 as legal successor to the family enterprise founded on 1 January, 1989. After the formation the legal successor Cseh Bakery Ltd continued its traditional aims of meeting completely the demands of its clients.

Our three factories (two in Kecskemét, one in Lajosmizse) attend 150 partners. Our transportation area ensures 35 large kitchens daily baked goods. Every third of our factories operates according to the HACCP system. Besides this we have been suppliers for Profi Hungary, Csemege-Match, Kaiser's as well as several regional business chains and many small grocery stores, hotels and restaurants for years. Our two shops in Kecskemét have made significant business as well.

We strive for purposeful work, maintaining our partner relationships in the interest of standards and the continual raising of the standard of our work. We carry out an already functioning analysis of customer feedback and evaluation following the regulated frameworks of the inaugurated quality management system. Our main objective is also to continually maintain the traditionally good quality, but we also pay attention to the demands of our customers and consumers. Since February, 2006 the company has the ISO 9001 quality assurance certificate.

Thanks to our serious past and traditionally delicious products we are proud that Cseh bakery is still the bakery for the people in the area today.
