One of the leading products of Cseh Bakery Ltd is the old, traditional bread manufactured in the bakery on Csáky street in Kecskemét. This bread counts as a curiousity since it is prepared completely by manual technology in an old built oven. This bread manufactured with the so-called Morzsoltkás technology counts among the most valued gastronomical products in the European Union. The expectations of the consumers increase day by day. Following tradition Cseh Bakery Ltd has been producing leaven "Csáky bread" since 1985. Its technology has not changed in over 20 years thanks maybe to its high popularity to this day. The leaven is not just a mixture of flour and water but fermented by adding yeast.
